At ktskitchenandgarden.co.uk, we started with the goal of keeping it simple. I try to use store cupboard or supermaket items. No need to go to exotic markets or spend a fortune trying to make a home cooked delight. Homebaking is for everyone and I often make my recipes with my children. 

You don't need them....but they definitely make it easier!

Keeping it simple often means no nasties, cooking from scratch and I try to reduce sugar where possible. SInce I make a lot of cakes...that isn't so easy! However, enjoy these treats with family and friends and know they are simple, easy yet beautiful and tasty.
